Modes of participation

 

The ASHPC22, May 31 – June 2, 2022, is currently planned as an hybrid event: Participating in-person implies accommodation at the Seeblickhotel Grundlsee (Austria) (120 rooms pre-reserved), while participating online requires only a modern web-browser as well as adequate video-conference equipment.

 

Preceding the ASHPC22, the EuroHPC workshop – May 31, 2022 starting from 09:00 – is co-located at the Seeblickhotel Grundlsee (Austria).

  • Registration period for in-person attendance: December 1, 2021 – April 24, 2022
  • Registration period for online participation: December 1, 2021 – April 24, 2022

Please fill out the form below accordingly. Booking requests will be forwarded to the hotel. Your registration is finally confirmed when you receive the registration confirmation from the hotel. Please note that booking requests are binding and cancellation fees might apply.

 

Fee, payment and cancellation

  • In-person attendance raises a conference fee of € 496 for attending ASHPC22 from May 31 – June 2, 2022 (only single rooms available due to Covid precautions, full board accommodation during the meeting). If you would like to stay longer, please indicate below – provided availability, usual room rates of the hotel apply.
  • Online participation is free of charge.

If you have to cancel, please INFORM the organizing committee at  and CANCEL your room reservation directly at MONDI Resort am Grundlsee (https://www.mondihotels.com/grundlsee/)! The following cancellation fees of the hotel will apply (corresponding to a stay from May 31 to June 2, 2022 - no extras):

  • until May 3, 2022 – cancellation free of charge
  • May 4, 2022 till May 24, 2022 – cancellation: €248 (50% of package price)
  • from May 25, 2022 – cancellation: €446.40 (90% of package price)

Shuttle service

 

If required by at least 20 persons (as indicated in the registration form), transportation from/to Bad Aussee or Salzburg railway stations to the hotel could be organized on May 31 and June 2, 2022.

 

Confirmations

 

Confirmations will be sent on a rolling basis, typically within a week.
